Whats everyone got going on over the winter? Got the trans out as soon as the holidays are over gonna take it apart and fix it and change some hard parts to better ones. RT got his car to the track a few times... Ill let him fill you all in on how it ran But I can say its bad ass. looks like Mike and pop got the black car running when that car goes on spray I think ill leave my car home when he brings it out lol. MoDo got a few issues worked out and is kicking around the idea of going automatic that car with an auto will be sick!! I'm hearing Rich is getting the itch to go racing with his camaro again so we will see what happens. Hope everyone has a great thanksgiving.

Yeah I got the itch to go row some gears again. We'll see how winter goes but I hope to get my new bullet in springtime. Looking at go fast goodies now...... :bounce: :bounce:

Yeah after this race I have the itch like crazy - I can't stop watching it! I want to get to the track to see what they run. We are both running out of injector so I guess that will be the next thing on the list. We'll see what Santa brings! haha

Hey all.. Have not been on here in a long time. I ran into Magic Rat and R/T at flip and shakes a couple months back. I had the chevelle out wasting some gas.
My car has been back together for a couple seasons now.. I am planning a trans change in my near future back to a 4 speed. I had one in it years ago and I am getting the itch to shift again. Possibly redo some interior stuff and hopefully get it repainted but time and money will be the deciding factors.
Merry Christmas to all. I hope Santa brings all the car parts on your list. I attached a pic of my chevelle.

Yo John!! Nice chattin with you again. It certainly was a while ago, maybe back around the sunday night hangouts down at franklin mills. Hard to believe, freakin time is flyin by..........nice to see you kept the chevelle alive. We are hoping to put some kind of street race event together in the springtime if you want in. Going to try and get a Friday night at atco where we can all meet up and burn some rubber. Eddie, Mike and his pops, Dennis, Jack, myself, and trans am shazzam if he got the stones to stage that ride.........just bustin ya!! Anyways. stay tuned as we try to organize and have some fun in the springtime. Last year Santa brought me a red t-shirt with a picture of coal on it......I guess I pissed him off somewhere along the line. Maybe this year I'll get that 565 I been hopin' for.............

I may just be in myself as long as the ride is up and running. I need to do a little tweaking and still up in the air about swapping back over to a 4 speed again. I will keep looking to see if you guys do a track rental my son might be interested to he is sporting a 94 z28 with a :banghead:n lt-1 350 in it. he is itching to run it at the track. :banghead: apple didnt fall far from the tree I guess.

Yeah it does :agree:........unless Maple Grove is an option?? From my house any of the tracks are easy to get to but for the guys in the city I guess Atco makes the most sense?? I am open for any options.....fire away :2cents:

I'd still rather tag along to a rental - a bit more money but unlimited runs. Would be easy to setup grudge races too. Just saying! :-)

Rentals are always an option if you can get in on some coat tails. I guess the more sign up the cheaper the cost, as long as your not waiting in the lanes for 2 hours. Anyone know what the average car count is for a rental?? I never attended one.......

Typically less than 15. I've never been to a rental where I had to wait to make a pass.

Doesn't cecil county have a Saturday test and tune early in the season or is it too crowded?? Last time I did a Saturday T&T I hosed my motor :dontknow: :dontknow: and it put me out of racing for quite a while............bad memories from that day :guns2: :guns2:
